Back Of House Lead Supervisor

We are hiring immediately for full time Back Of House Lead Supervisor positions.

Location: Delta One - 500 Terminal E, East Boston, Massachusetts 02128. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time schedule; days and hours may vary. Availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts is preferred. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Prior fine dining experience is preferred.

Pay Range: $30.00 per hour to $32.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Supervises hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists in ordering and keeping inventory of products.
• Maintains product cost and labor cost according to budget.
• Supervises and trains hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.
• Maintains consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
• Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
