Software Engineer at DataAnnotation

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.

Responsibilities

• Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

Qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift)
• Ability to solve coding problems and explain how the solution works (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank)
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Detail-oriented and meticulous
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
• Bachelor’s degree in progress, current, or completed (preferred but not required)

This is an independent contract position, and only applicants in the United States will be considered.
