You’ll manage projects from sales hand-off through delivery and close-out, ensuring customers, suppliers, and internal teams stay aligned.

GENERAL DUTIES

Coordinate with Sales Reps to review and launch new generator and ATS projects Manage submittal creation, resubmittal order entry, and production tracking Verify accuracy of vendor documentation before release Communicate proactively with customers about delivery, schedule changes, and site coordination Anticipate obstacles and elevate issues before they impact schedule or margin Prepare close-out packages, warranty documents, and project cost reportsParticipate in weekly sales and operations meetings to ensure alignment

GREAT CANDIDATES WILL HAVE…
