The CFO will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight of all financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, risk management, audit, and compliance. This executive-level role is pivotal in ensuring the preparation of accurate financial reports, forecasts, and profitability analyses, all while maintaining compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of 8 years' experience in senior financial leadership within a financial institution is required, along with strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting systems.
