Opportunity: LPCC - Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor


This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in an integrated primary care setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive behavioral health services to diverse patient populations.


Job Details:

• Full Time Direct Hire Opportunity
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with call responsibilities
• Evaluate, triage, and deliver evidence-based, brief psychological interventions to patients with physical health, mental health, and/or substance abuse diagnoses
• Provide consultation to clinical staff and primary care providers regarding patient care and treatment recommendations
• Perform brief assessments of patient needs and develop negotiated care plans in collaboration with patients and PCPs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records
• Perform crisis interventions as needed, including suicide assessments and safety planning
• Work in coordination with leadership to provide information to healthcare providers about mental illness and behavioral health services
• Participate in case conferences, treatment team meetings, peer review, and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Engage in quality assurance activities and policy development
• Maintain productivity expectations in accordance with clinic guidelines
• Establish and maintain contact with community resources to ensure continuity of care
• Foster effective working relationships with clients, family members, professional staff, and the public
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Experience with community mental health preferred
• Must be LPCC CA Licensed

Compensation:


Competitive salary with full comprehensive benefits. Salary: $103,064.00 or $43.54-56.52/hr DOE
