Providers will be credentialed at ALL urgent care locations in case an emergent need arisesou!
JOB DETAILS: Dates of Coverage: ongoing as needed Practice Setting: Urgent Care clinic that offers Occupational Health Documentation System/EMR: Anthem Will APP be Working Autonomously: Yes Supervising Physician Present During Assignment: Yes, supervising physician will be available via phone Procedures: Episodic care, injury treatment Patient Age Demographic: Adolescent, Child, Adult, GeriatricFacility will reimburse for the following costs : Mileage billed at the IRS Standard Rate - Local providers ONLY
- Board Certified (ANCC, AANP) - REQUIRED
- Active VA license - REQUIRED
- BLS - REQUIRED
- Board Certified
- DEA
