In this high-impact role, you'll be responsible for the identity resolution engine that de-anonymizes web traffic, links visitors to companies and contacts, and powers products like WebSights and FormComplete.As a Senior PM, you'll work at the intersection of platform engineering, data science, and customer value creation. You'll drive systematic improvements to visitor-to-person and IP-to-company match rates, integrate new data sources, and ensure identity data flows seamlessly across ZoomInfo's GTM Intelligence Platform. Your work directly impacts how thousands of customers identify, engage, and convert their ideal buyers.What You'll Do:Strategic LeadershipOwn product strategy and roadmap for identity resolution, defining vision and success metrics that drive measurable improvements in match rates and customer valueIdentify and prioritize opportunities to enhance identity resolution through new data sources, improved algorithms, and better data qualityEvaluate, negotiate, and integrate 3rd party data partnerships that expand identity coverage and accuracyDefine and track core metrics including visitor-to-person match rates, IP-to-company accuracy, coverage, latency, and downstream revenue impactPartner with product marketing, sales enablement, and customer success to position identity capabilities and drive adoptionExecution ExcellenceDeliver measurable improvements to identity resolution performance through rigorous prioritization, rapid experimentation, and iterative executionDiagnose and resolve data quality issues that impact match rates, customer trust, and product experienceBuild scalable monitoring and alerting systems that track identity resolution health and enable proactive issue detectionCreate frameworks for evaluating new data sources and measuring their incremental impact on resolution performanceConduct deep discovery using data analysis, customer interviews, and competitive research to uncover opportunities for improvementCross-Functional PartnershipPartner with Platform, Application, and Data teams to ensure seamless integration of identity data into customer-facing productsCollaborate with data science and engineering to solve complex problems in entity resolution, probabilistic matching, and signal enrichmentWork with analytics teams to instrument metrics, build dashboards, and enable data-driven decision makingEnable go-to-market teams through training, documentation, and competitive positioningEnsure compliance with global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and maintain privacy-by-design principlesWhat You Bring:Required Qualifications5+ years of product management experience in data-intensive B2B SaaS environments, with focus on data products, identity systems, or platform-level capabilitiesDeep understanding of identity resolution, entity matching, IP-to-company mapping, visitor identification, and the evolving privacy landscapeTechnical fluency with SQL, Snowflake, and BI tools (Tableau, Looker) - ability to independently analyze data, diagnose issues, and make data-driven decisionsProven track record identifying, diagnosing, and resolving data quality issues at scale with understanding of coverage, accuracy, and freshness trade-offsCross-functional leadership - demonstrated ability to influence and align engineering, product, data science, and go-to-market teams without formal authorityCustomer-centric mindset with experience optimizing adoption funnels and driving engagement for technical productsExcellent communication skills - ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-based narratives for executives and customersBias for action - track record of moving quickly from insight to execution with iterative, test-and-learn approachB2B SaaS experience with enterprise data products, platform products, or GTM toolsPreferred QualificationsExperience with AdTech, MarTech, or Real-Time Bidding (RTB) ecosystemsBackground in data science, engineering, or analytics prior to product managementExperience with customer data platforms, audience targeting, attribution, or cookieless solutionsFamiliarity with 3rd party data sourcing, evaluation, and integrationExperience with probabilistic matching, entity resolution, or graph-based identity systemsKnowledge of data privacy regulations and their product implicationsExperience in sales intelligence, marketing technology, or revenue operations domainsWhy ZoomInfo?Industry Leader: Power the go-to-market strategies of 35,000+ companies worldwideData at Scale: Work with one of the largest and most comprehensive B2B databases in the worldInnovation Culture: Ship fast, learn faster.
