Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant

What You'll Do Support attorneys handling complex commercial and business litigation matters from inception through resolution Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, hearings, depositions, and meetings Draft, edit, proofread, and prepare legal correspondence and litigation documents Coordinate filings in both Florida state and federal courts Maintain case files and oversee document management using iManage Assist with billing, time entry, and administrative support functions Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure seamless workflow and client service What We're Looking For 3+ years of litigation legal assistant experience Strong commercial/business litigation background required Experience filing in state and federal courts Excellent drafting, proofreading, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Why Consider This Opportunity?
