Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role supports patient care through comprehensive pharmacy services, utilizing advanced systems and collaborating closely with healthcare teams.
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Schedule:
- 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
- Paid as 40 hours (32 regular + 8 overtime) each week
Duration: 13 weeks with the possibility of extension
Start Date: Immediate availability preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify medication orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure safe and efficient workflow
- Apply pharmacokinetic principles to optimize patient therapy
- Collaborate directly with physicians and nursing staff to provide clinical consultations
- Utilize EPIC and Pyxis systems to manage patient profiles and medication dispensing
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid California pharmacist license
- Prior experience using EPIC and Pyxis systems highly preferred
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care delivery
