We specialize in remodeling and renovation and are looking for a skilled, reliable team member who enjoys getting work done with their hands and supporting job site operations. Lead Carpenters play a critical role at Triad Pacific, getting work done and helping the team to deliver projects efficiently and to the highest standard. They help ensure every project stays on schedule, remains within budget, and meets the company's quality expectations. AS OUR LEAD CONSTRUCTION LABORER - FOREMAN: You will work a Monday - Friday schedule. This role involves leading carpentry work on-site-roughly 80% hands-on-while remaining actively involved in hands-on tasks, and supporting the Project Manager with project coordination, quality control, and team oversight. You'll handle carpentry and other remodeling tasks such as drywall, paint, and misc work. Think of the person everyone on the jobsite can rely on to lead by example, solve problems, and help deliver high-quality results. Performing quality construction work in a variety of tasks Coordinating with subcontractors to keep projects smooth and seamless Tracking and reporting daily job progress Purchasing building materials WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS: 5+ years of experience in remodeling construction Customer-facing experience Technology proficiency Ability to provide your own hand tools Ability to perform hands-on work for most of the day A valid driver's license and a good driving record Reliable transportation The following preferred qualifications would help you stand out as a candidate: 10+ years of remodeling experience Experience managing subcontractors Experience using project management software YOU'LL BE WORKING IN: Portland, OR metro area Southwest WA ABOUT US: With over 25 years of industry experience, Triad Pacific is the trusted choice for construction projects in Portland and Southern California.
