Crisis Response Nurse: Mental Health Stabilization

Harris Health System, Inc. is seeking a Crisis Intervention Nurse (CIN) to lead rapid psychiatric emergency response within a multidisciplinary team. The CIN coordinates de-escalation, restraints when needed, assessment, stabilization, disposition and evaluation for patients across Harris Health's facilities. The CIN supports Crisis Intervention, security and Code Lavender activations, facilitates team huddles and debriefings, and contributes to quality improvement and staff education. #J-18808-Ljbffr Harris Health System, Inc.
