Hospice Admissions Nurse: Direct Care & Care Planning

Goodwin Living in Alexandria, VA is seeking an Admission Nurse to oversee hospice admissions and perform patient assessments under a physician's order. You will develop a Plan of Care and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to address patient needs and goals. Requires Virginia RN license, at least one year acute care or hospice experience, CPR, and strong communication.
