Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct therapeutic individual sessions for patients utilizing your expertise to provide emotional support and guidance. \n
- Implement treatment plans by observing and documenting patient information, ensuring that all data is recorded accurately and promptly. \n
- Assist in orienting patients and their families to the clinic’s services, contributing to a welcoming and safe atmosphere. \n
- Assist patients with personal needs as required, demonstrating empathy and understanding during sensitive situations. \n
- Document patient progress through clear and concise notes that reflect advancements towards treatment goals, ensuring entries are reviewed by the end of each shift. \n
- Identify and report behavioral changes in patients promptly, exercising sound judgment and crisis management skills. \n
- Advocate for resources and services to enhance patient care and support their treatment journey. \n
- Maintain proficiency with electronic health record systems to streamline patient management processes. \n
In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals of various ages and backgrounds. Your responsibilities will encompass providing mental health counseling for both adults and children, focusing on relationship dynamics within families and supporting patients through challenging life situations. Your expertise will be vital in guiding them towards effective coping strategies and therapeutic resolutions.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field. \n
- Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD within the State of California. \n
- A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably within a community health setting. \n
- Experience working with a wide range of populations, adept in offering therapeutic services for families and individuals. \n
- Comprehensive understanding of the DSM-5 for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive rapport with patients and team members alike. \n
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team setting. \n
- Flexibility to adapt to varying patient needs and work schedules, demonstrating resilience in a dynamic setting. \n
- Competency in electronic health record systems to manage documentation and reporting effectively. \n

- Experience providing culturally competent therapy to a diverse client base. \n
- Familiarity with telehealth practices and methodologies, enhancing virtual patient interactions. \n
- Advanced crisis intervention skills and training in managing aggressive or challenging behaviors. \n
We offer a competitive salary range starting at $115,000 and going up to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
