LPN for Crisis Care TeamHospice of Marion County, a part of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN for our Crisis Care Team to provide exceptional support during critical moments of care. Providing one-on-one care in homes and facilities. Cross training in our inpatient unit and on-call visits.Shift: Night shift 8pm-8am, 36 hours a week; coverage area throughout Marion County.Since 1983, Hospice of Marion County has been honored to serve families across Ocala and Marion County with compassionate, expert end-of-life care. Valid Florida State Driver's License.Certifications: Valid CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association. Current IV Therapy certification preferred. Must obtain the certification within six months of hire date.Additional experience in other health care settings desirable.For field-based positions, employees must have reliable transportation which will enable them to perform tasks and responsibilities in a timely and appropriate fashion.
