Mgmt & Sales Trainees (reg/div Mdp) - Management Trainee (administration)

The Opportunity Hajoca has a three‑year management development program designed to attract, develop, and retain world‑class leaders. Trainees rotate through all parts of the business—warehouse stocking, financial reporting, sales, and marketing—working with a dedicated team that covers everything from inventory to business generation. The goal is to prepare you to become a Profit Center Manager who makes hiring, product, pricing, and customer‑engagement decisions, essentially running your own business. Starting pay is $25 per hour. The typical schedule is 40–45 hours per week, including roughly 40 hours of onsite training and 5 hours of self‑paced online training. Why Consider Hajoca?
