About the Position

Job Title: Radiologic Technologist Profession: Technologist Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (07:00 - 15:30) Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: ARRT registered or registry eligible Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required Must-Have: - Completion of a Radiologic Technology program - Knowledge of standard radiologic terminology Description: Performs radiologic examinations and assists in clerical functions. Maintains the smooth and orderly flow of patients through the radiology department. Administers all steps of the X-ray process with the patient including pre-exam processing, performing the exam, and post-exam documentation. Maintains cleanliness of all rooms, machines, and cassettes in the department. Monitors and maintains the supply inventory. Performs other duties as required or assigned.
