Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, the facilities management industry, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Location: Allentown, PA

What's the Job?

Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple sites.
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and related systems.
Travel between 25 locations to ensure proper functioning of building systems.
Record readings, calibrate equipment, and make adjustments to optimize performance.
Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
Universal EPA certification, with preference for EPA 608 Universal Certification.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Valid driver's license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
