Store Customer Service Rep

Domino's in Phoenix, United States is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 7710 W Lower Buckeye location. As a key member of our customer-focused organization, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with every interaction.

• Greet customers warmly and take accurate food orders both in-person and over the phone
• Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision
• Prepare food items according to Domino's standards and recipes
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order preparation and delivery
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support coworkers during busy periods
• Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
• Excellent attention to detail, especially when taking orders and handling payments
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Team player mentality with a willingness to assist coworkers as needed
• Basic food preparation skills or willingness to learn
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 25 pounds
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
• Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
