What You’ll DoAs a PCA or CNA at Marisata Care LLC, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients' well-being and daily needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ health or behavior.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Supporting clients with mobility and physical exercises.
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.
- Collaborating with the care team to deliver high-quality, personalized care.
We’re seeking someone who is compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to providing excellent care. To thrive in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience as a PCA or CNA.
- A strong sense of empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to meeting clients’ needs.
