Responsibilities
- Lead adoption of GenAI-powered automation, agentic workflows, and AI-assisted testing across the Quality Engineering lifecycle.
- Design and implement AI agents for test case generation, automation development, defect analysis, self-healing frameworks, and legacy automation modernization.
- Architect enterprise-scale Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using AI platforms, orchestration frameworks, and automation technologies.
- Define Quality Engineering roadmaps, governance strategies, responsible AI practices, and value realization metrics.
- Mentor engineering and QA teams and foster an AI-first culture.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies and lead proof-of-concepts and AI transformation programs.
Requirements
- 16+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Architecture, Test Automation, and enterprise-scale quality transformation programs.
- Hands-on expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI, including prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, AI-powered test automation, intelligent test design, defect prediction, and root cause analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, Selenium, Playwright, API automation, and scalable reusable test automation frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph, GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience defining Quality Engineering strategies, automation roadmaps, and governance frameworks while leading globally distributed engineering teams.
- Preferred experience with Semantic Kernel, MCP, AI Skills, multi-agent architectures, autonomous workflows, AI-assisted software development and testing, AI governance, security, compliance, model lifecycle management, responsible AI, and enterprise AI integration.
