California Licensed Staff Software Engineer

Seeking a highly experienced California Licensed Staff Software Engineer, the full-time remote position will lead the architecture and development of software solutions for the Sales & Retail platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences and mentoring junior engineers. Key responsibilities Lead the design and development of software solutions, making strategic technical decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business objectives and communicate technical concepts effectively Perform code reviews and advocate for best coding practices to ensure product efficiency and maintainability Required qualifications At least 8 years of software development experience Required experience with Java and Ruby Proven experience with the development, scaling, and maintenance of distributed systems Solid understanding of software engineering principles and agile development methodologies Effective communication skills for conveying complex ideas clearly
