Responsibilities

• Lead AI-first content strategy defining guiding principles, governance standards, and design approaches for human and AI-mediated experiences
• Establish AI readiness criteria for discoverability, answerability, semantic clarity, and content structure optimization
• Implement GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies while preserving existing SEO performance in new systems
• Lead decision-making process to identify and establish golden master content for training Gradial and AI-powered solutions
• Address Article 50 compliance requirements ensuring EU AI transparency standards are met throughout content operations
• Define editorial strategy, content planning, publishing standards, and KPI frameworks that support AI-ready content experiences

Requirements

• Extensive experience with AI tools and content operations in enterprise environments
• Proven background working with AI agents and automated content creation/governance processes
• Deep understanding of GEO/AEO best practices and emerging generative search optimization techniques
• Experience managing in-house content programs with focus on scalability and AI integration
• Knowledge of content compliance requirements, particularly EU AI transparency regulations
• Familiarity with Sitecore XM and content governance platforms like Gradial is preferred
• Strategic mindset for evolving content operations in AI-driven environment

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $80,000 - $118,000.
