BOS Staffing has partnered with a well-established law firm located in Atlanta, Georgia 30360 in search of a motivated and dedicated Associate Attorney to handle their insurance coverage dispute cases. Practice Areas The role offers exposure and training across a wide variety of legal disciplines, including: Criminal Law Family Law Corporate and Business Law General Civil Litigation Probate and Estate Matters Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $125K+ based on experience. Bonus Structure tied to performance and firm contributions. Opportunities for mentorship, growth, and advancement within the firm. Supportive and collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in handling a diverse caseload under the supervision of senior attorneys. Insurance Coverage cases Draft legal documents, motions, pleadings, and correspondence. Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses. Attend hearings, depositions, and client meetings as required. Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active Georgia Bar License Strong research, writing, and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn multiple areas of law.
