responsibilities:

• Leads all estimating operations for projects across Nevada, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional client service

• Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals

• Develop and provide detailed cost estimates by analyzing project plans and requirements

• Review and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and project proposals to determine financial implications

• Work with team to verify the required dates are correct and material is available for the assembly and delivery

• Organize and coordinate equipment shipping with customers and end users

• Place orders with vendors that are required on projects and handle all follow-up on those orders

Required Qualifications:

• Must have experience creating detailed cost estimates for transportation or related projects

• Ability to Understand Project Plans and Specifications

• Ability to review and interpret blueprints and technical documents

• Knowledgeable using QuickBooks or other ERP software

Preferred:

• Experience within the traffic or Intelligent transportation system industry
