This involves engaging with and providing a first-class mountain adventure for each and every guest, communicating clearly and making split second decisions to ensure proper ticket validation. This is a seasonal position with part-time opportunities, paid at $20.00/hr.Recruitment for this role will be ongoing through December.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES*** Ensure RFID gate reads guests passes* Assist with the orchestration, set up, and breakdown of maze* Open and close pinch points as needed for maximum traffic flow* Be aware of all ticket types and prices* Assist and respond to guest inquiries* Must have current information about the mountain and events* Ability to troubleshoot RFID gates and tablet equipment* Additional duties as assigned**QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS*** Must be at least 14 years of age or older* Able to work outside for long periods of time in inclement weather* Reliable transportation to/from work* Must be able to work in high-volume, fast-paced environment* Able to communicate and problem solve independently* Must be comfortable working with electronic equipment* Ability to lift 50lbs on a consistent basis* Actively pursuing a High School Diploma, or equivalent* Previous customer service experience, preferred**PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS**This position may be required to work weekends and holidays.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations. **An Equal Opportunity Employer**At Stratton, we are a team of people who work extremely hard and take our jobs very seriously, without forgetting how to laugh and have fun.
