Summary We are seeking a Quoting Specialist to join our team supporting a major telecommunications client in a BPO environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate quotes for telecom services, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with pricing policies. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical abilities and excellent interpersonal skills, looking to grow in the telecom or BPO industry. Duties Include Prepare accurate quotations for telecommunications products and services based on customer requirements. Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and provide appropriate pricing solutions. Ensure timely delivery of quotes to customers, adhering to internal deadlines and quality standards. Maintain records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with internal processes. Assist in improving quoting processes for better efficiency and accuracy. Soft Skills Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues as they arise. Collaboration: Strong team player, able to work with different departments and stakeholders. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment. Customer-Centric Mindset: Focused on delivering value and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy while working under pressure. Qualifications Proficiency with MS Office/G‑Suite is mandatory. 1–3 years of experience in quoting, pricing, or sales support (preferably in telecom or BPO). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in using quoting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast‑paced team environment.
