Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Travel Job

We're hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor's degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
• One year experience as an RRT
• BLS certification
• NC licensure
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• NRP certification
• RRT credential
• 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• Experience in ED, ICU, and med/surg
• Experience with all aspects of adult critical care

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0700 - 1900
• Standard hours per week: 36
• Floating required based on regional needs, including other hospitals and freestanding EDs within scope of practice
• EMR: EPIC
• Med dispensing: Omnicell
• Monitors: Masimo
• Unit-specific equipment includes Servo I Ventilator, Trilogy Ventilator, Servo Air BIPAP, ABL Blood Gas Analyzers, and Bubble CPAP
