Role Description CRUX Solutions is looking for a Physical Security Designer / Project Manager to help deliver physical security and low-voltage consulting projects across education, municipal, commercial, healthcare, government, and critical infrastructure environments. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical design, client collaboration, and project management in a fast-paced consulting setting. What you will do Support security assessments and system design documentation. Develop drawings and specifications for access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and related systems. Coordinate project meetings, schedules, deliverables, and client communication. Support construction administration, including submittals, RFIs, and site observations. Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams across project phases. What we are looking for 3 to 5 years of experience in physical security design or installation. Knowledge of ACS, VMS, IDS, Revit, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud. Strong communication skills and solid project coordination abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well both independently and as part of a team.
