Concierge Position at The Meadows at Covington Independent Living
We are seeking a dedicated and caring Concierge to join our team at The Meadows at Covington Independent Living, a premier healthcare provider in East Palestine, Ohio. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests, their families, and caregivers.
About the Role:
As a Concierge , you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of care and attention to detail. Your duties will include:
Providing personalized assistance to our guests, including coordinating activities, arranging transportation, and addressing any concerns or needs
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service
Collaborating with our care team to ensure that each guest receives individualized care and attention
Managing and coordinating logistics for events, activities, and outings for our guests
Maintaining accurate records and reports of guest activities and preferences
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, their families, and caregivers
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control and safety standards
Develop and maintain strong relationships with our guests, families, and caregivers
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new initiatives and processes
Demonstrate a commitment to our mission to provide individualized, compassionate, and innovative healthcare services
