Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Massachusetts OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in school-based OT settings strongly preferred
• Ability to assess and develop individualized therapy plans for students across varied age groups
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services and interventions to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Evaluate students' needs, strengths, and progress through standardized assessments and observations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to set goals, monitor progress, and report outcomes
• Educate teachers, staff, and families on best practices for classroom adaptations and carryover of therapy strategies
• Maintain detailed, organized documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert input for student success
