Roles & Responsibilities


Overview:


We are looking for a motivated Senior ServiceNow-NowAssist Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI-powered solutions to enhance user experiences, business processes,


& automation. This role focuses on Agentic AI capabilities & Virtual Agent , leveraging NowAssist (GenAI), Across HR Service Delivery, IT Service Management & IT Operations Management


Key Responsibilities
• AI Solution Design: Architect and deploy intelligent, context-aware solutions using NowAssist, AI Agent Studio, and Virtual Agent Designer.
• Agentic AI Development: Build and configure Agentic AI flows using both Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) and custom agents.
• IntegrationHub & API Management: Develop and manage complex integrations with third-party systems (e.g., Azure, AWS, Workday) using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub spokes.
• Proactive Automation: Implement Predictive Intelligence, Task Intelligence, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
• Platform Development: Customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript (client/server-side),HTML, CSS, and Business Rules.
• Technical Leadership: Create technical design documentation, architecture diagrams,and user stories while mentoring junior developers.
• Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to define requirements, particularly in HRSD and ITSMmodules.
• Experience with Agentic AI and Now Assist Skill Kit.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) and data science concepts.
• Experience in Agile/DevOps environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Experience: 10+ years in ServiceNow development; 8-10+ years of overall IT experience.
• NowAssist/GenAI: Proven experience with NowAssist, Prompt Engineering,


and building GenAI workflows.
• ServiceNow Modules: Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD.
• Scripting: Advanced proficiency in JavaScript.
• Architecture: Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and data modeling.
