Program Management Gather and submit required operational reports.Manage program budgets and expenditures.Maintain accurate service, authorization, and billing records.Ensure compliance with audits, safety drills, and quality assurance requirements.Participate in outreach and community events. Coaching and Mentoring Conduct interviews and hiring activities.Supervise and support direct reports.Ensure staff training, compliance, scheduling, and performance management.Approve timecards, expenses, and personnel actions.Coordinate with HR on investigations and corrective actions.What we're looking forWe are looking for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a positive impact.Qualifications Education High school diploma, equivalent or GEDBachelor's degree (Preferred) or commensurate experience Experience 5 or more years' experience supervising staff and managing a program/area.Experience working with individuals with a variety of disabilities (Preferred).Experience working in a non-profit sector (Preferred)Experience working in the field of IDD (Preferred) Skills Effective communication verbally and in writing, with proficiency in grammar, punctuation, and vocabularyProficient use of basic office equipment, Microsoft Suite, and required systems (Videoconferencing, database management system, etc.)Resilience, with the ability to respond quickly to changing ideas, responsibilities, expectations, trends, and strategies. Preferred Qualifications Master's degreeStrong personnel management experienceFluency in a foreign languageCPR/First Aid Certification Employment Requirements Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insuranceMust be 21 years of age or olderMust pass a background check Physical Demands & Work Environment This position requires the employee to regularly stand, walk, sit, talk and hear.
