Schedule

Shift availability includes 2:30 PM - 11 PM, 11 PM - 7 AM, or 6:30 PM - 7 AM.

Assignment Details

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses.
• Assist in patient assessment, care planning, and implementation of treatment.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and health changes.
• Administer medications as prescribed and maintain medication records.
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort.
