We are seeking Mailroom Payment Processing Associates to join a fast-paced production team responsible for processing customer payments and critical financial documents in a highly secure environment. Available Shifts 2nd Shift Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM $24.20/hr 1st Shift Tuesday - Saturday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM $22.00/hr 1st Shift Sunday - Thursday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM $22.00/hr What You'll Do As a Mailroom Payment Processing Associate, you will play a critical role in processing financial transactions and customer documentation with accuracy and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Extract payments and documents from incoming mail Prepare documents for digitization and processing Input and validate data while following established procedures Operate high-volume scanning equipment Verify image quality and document accuracy Reconcile electronic records with physical documentation Review and process financial documents according to customer and banking guidelines Make routine processing decisions and escalate non-routine issues as needed Meet daily productivity and quality goals Support team production and accuracy targets Follow all security, audit, and compliance requirements Lift and move mail trays weighing up to 50 pounds What We're Looking For Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Previous experience in: Payment Processing Account Management Claims Processing Office Administration Clerical Support Mailroom Operations Data Entry Required Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Excellent organizational skills Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Willingness to learn new equipment and processing functions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Additional Requirements Ability to pass a background check Ability to pass a credit check Willingness to work in a high-security environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Why Join Our Team?
