Introduction

This role focuses on program financials and supports Tech leadership in program-wide activities. It involves coordinating and facilitating routines to support technology delivery, planning, and coordinating delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in managing complex projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations/reports.
• Knowledge/experience with large-scale ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
• Project management, change management, PMO, or similar experience.
• Prior work experience at client or in the client's industry.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate routines to support technology delivery, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
• Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables.
• Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline.
• Gather and facilitate status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership regarding delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
• Ensure execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.
• Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
• Support resource planning and forecasting for delivery/execution.
