PRN Dialysis RN Travel to our HCA Hospitals in Jacksonville FL. 16 weeks assignment Subject to extension. Minimum of 2 years of Recent Acute Dialysis Experience and an Unencumbered Multistate License. $2,500.00 sign on bonus and $5,000.00 completion bonus. Housing $769.99 per week, meals $476.00 per week plus $76.92 per week (Gas). $30.00 per hour. Must take calls 1 to 2 per week, which are paid at time and a half. must also float between 2 Hospitals in the Jacksonville market. 36 hours is guaranteed per week but the requirement is between 36 to 48 hours per week.
