Job Title: RN Step Down Profession: RN Step Down Specialty: RN Step Down Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Must-Have: - At least 2 years of Medical-Surgical or Intermediate Care Unit experience. - Adaptability to care for a wide variety of patients including stroke, cardiac, post-operative, and general medical cases. - Experience with cardiac drips preferred. - Proficiency with EPIC and travel experience. - Willingness to float onsite within skill set or to nearby sites if needed. Description: Candidates must possess current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIH. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, including every other weekend and evening shifts. The RN will provide care to diverse patient populations. This position involves possible floating within skill set to support team needs. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to adapt to varying patient situations and requirements.
