Compensation: $100,000 base + 25% of first-year advisory fees on new AUM + 10% ongoing trail + 30% of annuity commissions

We're hiring a Wealth Advisor on behalf of our client—a growing retirement planning and wealth management firm based in Las Vegas, NV.

Love to close but tired of cold-calling? This one's for you. The firm invests $10,000 a month in advertising to fill your calendar, so you can spend your time where you shine: in front of clients, running a proven meeting process, and bringing new relationships through the door.

What you'll do:

- Run Discovery, Plan, and Decision meetings on firm-sourced leads

- Build tax-aware plans covering retirement income, Roth conversions, tax sequencing, risk, and estate coordination

- Implement portfolios on internal or sub-advised models, plus annuity solutions where suitable

- Keep the CRM sharp—every meeting logged, every opportunity staged

What you bring:

- 3+ years closing retirement planning or wealth management business, with numbers you can back up

- Series 65 or 66 (or ability to obtain before start) and a Nevada life and health license (or within 60 days)

- A proven close rate on firm-provided leads —no portable book needed

- Comfort discussing Roth conversions, RMDs, IRMAA, capital gains, and Social Security timing

- A clean U5/IAPD record

- CFP® or CFP candidate and experience in a seminar, webinar, or paid-lead model is a big plus

What success looks like:

- About two new households a month at roughly $1M per relationship

- $15M in new managed assets in your first full year

- A structured 90-day ramp with shadowing, certification, and co-run meetings before you own your pipeline.
