Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,290 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Torrington, Wyoming.

Job Description & Requirements

• Shift: 12 hours, days, nights

S ubmission Requirements:

• Minimum 24 months of Med/Surg experience with recent experience within the last 12 months (required)
• BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA, ARC, or ASHI only (required)
• Active state RN license with no disciplinary actions or license hits (required)
• Maximum 7 days of RTO ; no RTO during the first week of the assignment (required)
• Valid Driver's License to verify residency (required)
• Previous travel nursing experience is highly preferred

Required Documents:

• Med/Surg skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
• Active ACLS certification
• Active BLS certification
• Driver's License
