What You’ll Do As a Service BDC Representative, you are the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary goal is to manage the service schedule and keep our clients informed. Manage Communications: Handle a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls. Schedule Success: Coordinate and book service appointments efficiently to maximize shop flow. Keep Customers Informed: Provide proactive status updates to customers regarding their vehicle repairs.
