• Manage medical scheduling to ensure efficient appointment flow and minimize wait times
• Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems to update patient information accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized reception/office area to promote a welcoming environment
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to facilitate smooth clinic operations

Requirements

• Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is required
• Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in typing and familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with office software applications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
