About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Labor & Delivery Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night, 8-hour shifts from 23:00-07:30, 36 hours/week Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 1.5 years of recent equivalent experience License: NH RN License or Compact License (Proof of State Residency Required) Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Experience in a Labor & Delivery setting with equivalent responsibilities Job Description: - Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the labor and delivery unit. - Utilize hydrotherapy for pain management during labor. - Work in a unit equipped with four labor rooms, one operating room, and facilities for postpartum patients. - Assist in the nursery for infant testing or post-resuscitation care. - Work within a setting that has a negative pressure room for optimal safety and care. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for mothers and infants. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. - Adhere to best practices and regulatory requirements.
