Wholesale Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and results-driven Wholesale Coordinator to spearhead and lead our wholesale business. This role blends relationship focused B2B sales with backend operational execution, making it ideal for a self-starter who thrives in both people facing and process driven work. This role is responsible for managing wholesale accounts, driving new business, and will manage the business lifecycle with a focus on results, collaboration, and operational excellence. You will also represent our brand at key industry trade shows and pop-up events, supporting both pre-show planning and post-show execution. Key Responsibilities: Wholesale Sales & Account Strategy Drive wholesale revenue by acquiring new accounts and nurturing existing partnerships. Manage the full sales cycle—from outreach and onboarding to reordering and retention. Develop and execute seasonal sales strategies and wholesale promotions. Maintain account info and communication via CRM and wholesale platforms (e.g., Shopify B2B, Faire, FashionGo). Trade Show & Event Management Plan, coordinate, and attend trade shows and wholesale markets across the region/nation. Represent the brand at events, focusing on buyer engagement and lead generation. Oversee booth setup, product display, sales materials, and merchandising in collaboration with marketing and creative teams. Support pre-show logistics and post-show order fulfillment. Accurately enter and manage wholesale orders through systems such as Shopify B2B, Faire, and FashionGo. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery. Monitor backorders, lead times, and proactively communicate with customers on order status. Inventory & Seasonal Planning Monitor wholesale inventory levels and collaborate with production on restock needs based on sales forecasts. Work cross-functionally with planning and product teams to align supply with demand for wholesale channels. Customer Support & System Maintenance Onboard new wholesale partners and ensure accurate setup in order and CRM systems. Handle inquiries related to product specs, availability, shipping timelines, and order tracking. Reporting & Analysis Track sales performance, fulfillment metrics, and account activity. Report on trade show ROI and operational KPIs, using tools such as Excel/Google Sheets. Qualifications: 3–5+ years in wholesale sales, operations, or account management within retail, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods. Proven experience with trade show execution and B2B client acquisition. Strong understanding of wholesale operations, order flow, and fulfillment Experience with CRM and wholesale platforms Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting tools.
