Lead and Train Team Members – Mentor installers and helpers to improve technical skill and customer care. Test and Verify Performance – Perform system tests to ensure equipment runs smoothly and meets customer expectations. Educate Customers – Explain recommended maintenance, upgrades, and service plan options. Maintain Professional Standards – Uphold Aire Serv’s reputation for excellence, integrity, and reliability.
