Billing Manager

Job Description Oversee the firm's monthly billing cycle, ensuring invoices are accurate, timely, and compliant with client billing guideline Review, edit, and finalize prebills in collaboration with attorneys and legal support staf Manage electronic billing (e-billing) submissions through client billing platforms and resolve billing rejections or discrepancie Ensure compliance with outside counsel guidelines, alternative fee arrangements, and client-specific billing requirement Utilize 3E to monitor accounts receivable, coordinate with attorneys on collections efforts, and follow up on outstanding client balance Generate and analyze billing, revenue, and accounts receivable reports to support firm leadership and financial decision-makin Maintain billing system integrity by managing rate updates, timekeeper assignments, client/matter setup, and billing preference Collaborate with the accounting, finance, and legal teams to improve billing processes, implement best practices, and enhance operational efficienc Ensure confidentiality of financial and client information while maintaining compliance with firm policies, accounting standards, and applicable legal regulation Requirements 3+ years' management experience (ideally of international offices) 3E or Elite experience required 8+ years' law firm experience (preferably out of an international law firm) Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
