Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns. Monitor and optimize ad traffic across various platforms to maximize reach and engagement. Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for future marketing strategies. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all advertising activities. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing content that aligns with brand objectives. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress and outcomes. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in marketing project management. Qualifications Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Required Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing project management, preferably within the financial services sector. Proven track record in managing advertising campaigns and traffic management. Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other programmatic advertising platforms. Demonstrated success in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Required Skills and Abilities: Strong understanding of marketing principles and advertising strategies. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in using project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or similar tools. Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies.
