We are seeking a dynamic, self-starting Associate to join the Global Digital team at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in transforming our flagship website, am.gs.com, into a highly effective, state-of-the-art commercial engine that drives business growth and accelerates digital innovation. As a key driver of our digital evolution, you will bridge the gap between strategic vision and hands-on execution. You will oversee cross-functional workstreams to launch cutting-edge features, collaborate directly with senior leadership, and help shape the future of how we engage with clients globally. Key Responsibilities Digital Development: Help coordinatecross-functional workstreams (spanning Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing) to deliver new digital features, capabilities, and enhancements for am.gs.com that will be activated to support commercial goals. Commercial Strategy: Act as a central connector between business and technical teams to align on requirements that will drive commercial results and ensure a seamless, high-quality user experience across the platform. Steering Committee Management: Facilitate senior-level reviews of roadmaps and issues by formulating agendas and preparing presentations to guide discussions with key stakeholders. Communications & Reporting: Provide roadmapupdates and delivery summaries to keep senior leadership informed of milestones, risks, and timelines. Optimization & Analytics: Monitor platform performance and user engagement on am.gs.com to deliver client insights and identify opportunities for new functional improvements. Compliance Coordination: Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Brand teams to ensure new digital features and content meet regulatory standards, managing the review workflow efficiently to avoid delivery delays. Qualifications & Experience Experience: 4–6 years of progressive experience in digital strategy, digital product management, digital marketing, or management consulting, preferably within regulated financial services or fintech. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field. Executive Presence: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of interacting effectively with and influencing senior leaders. Self-Starter Mindset: Highly motivated and entrepreneurial, with the ability to navigate a fast-paced, matrixed global environment with minimal supervision. Presentation & Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in creating executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and synthesizing data into structured, visually compelling updates. Technical Literacy: Solid understanding of the digital product lifecycle, content management systems (CMS), and basic web analytics tools. Salary Range The expected base salary for this New York, NY, United States-based position is $100000-$160000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
