California Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at our outpatient clinic in Modesto, California!

We are looking for a motivated professional who is passionate about helping patients improve their mobility, regain strength, manage pain, and return to the activities they love. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs and goals.
• Provide hands-on treatment and therapeutic exercises to improve strength, mobility, balance, and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and strategies to support recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent qualifying education.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills.
• A patient-centered approach and a passion for helping others.
• New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply.
