Deployment Technician

PC Deployment Technician Lancaster, PA

What You'll Do
* Configure, image, and deploy Dell laptops and desktops
* Support device provisioning and management through Microsoft Intune
* Join devices to Active Directory and apply Group Policy configurations
* Perform hardware setup, testing, and quality assurance checks
* Maintain asset inventory records and ensure accurate device tracking
* Assist with technology refresh initiatives and deployment projects
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to deployed devices
* Provide support to end users during deployment activities
* Follow established processes while contributing to continuous improvement efforts
What We're Looking For
* Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments
* Familiarity with Active Directory, user accounts, and group management
* Exposure to imaging, deployment, or desktop support activities
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Professional communication and customer service abilities
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Preferred Experience
* Microsoft Intune
* SCCM
* Asset management or inventory tracking
* Desktop support or technical support experience

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
