Because who you are is what we need.# **Job Category**Retail# **Position Summary**As an exempt leadership role, Store Managers are expected to maintain a flexible schedule that supports the needs of the business. This position typically requires 40+ hours per week, generally across five days, including weekends. Additional hours may be required based on staffing levels, customer demand, store performance, and overall business needs. $3,000 sign-on bonus (for first-time hires)Pay Range: $67,430.00 - $114,620.00\_\_\_**Bridgestone is committed to fair and lawful compensation practices.
